MultiGenBank workshop will be held on Saturday, April 23, 2016 in the conference room “Akademia” in Radisson Blu Hotel. All registered participants of the EWIC2016 are welcome to attend the workshop (included in the registration fee).
During this meeting the participants will be informed about the aims of the MultiGenBank platform and will be instructed how to use its tools. All attendees will be provided with manual for MultiGenBank platform users.
Institute of Immunology and Experimental Therapy Polish Academy of Sciences in Wrocław implemented a project: “The creation of a base with immunogenetic data of Polish population MultiGenBank”. Its effect is the MultiGenBank electronic platform, which allows to collect and search information about the incidence of genetic variants in the Polish population. This open-type database allows to extend the resources on genetic information from interested parties: geneticists and clinicians, who are a target group of potential external users.
MultiGenBank immunogenetic (ImGen) module was developed to collect immunogenetic data of healthy individuals and patients with various diseases.
MultiGenBank microbiological (MicroB) module includes genetic data of prokaryotic organisms.Please visit http://multigenbank.info/en/
